We only support the following video formats: .mp4, .mov, . flv, and .avi.

It should be noted that sometimes, even for videos in our supported formats, there are encoding issues that we simply cannot resolve.

For the best quality, our recommended format is MP4 using H.264 encoding, with AAC audio.

If your file size is under 25 MB and it is a properly encoded MP4 file (using the H.264 standard) with AAC audio, your video will be displayed exactly as it is when you upload it, with no additional processing.
