I have searched your site for a better place to ask this, but I am frustrated. Every day I receive an failure notification. This has been going on for months and months. How do we stop receiving this same failure notice? Please help. Info is shown below:

Hi, KDA:

I assume mail sent to info AT kennedysdisease.org goes to you?

A user is registered on the Eve Community located at http://kennedysdisease.groupee.net/groupee/forums with the email address janemariesoriginals@cox.net. The user's screen name is Lois.

This user is subscribed to receive email notifications and our software is attempting to send the user the requested notifications. The user's email provider (cox.net) is rejecting the mail, however. From the information you provided, it appears that user no longer has the email address they registered with.

You may want to ask the user to update the email address in her profile. Alternatively, you can suspend the user's notifications yourself by going to her profile and clicking the 'Notifications' link in the sidebar. From that page check the box for 'Suspend All Subscriptions' and hit Update.

For future reference, you can seek support for your Eve Community in either of the following locations (though I am happy to continue to assist you here for this incident):
