Is there a volume control anywhere? All I see is a mute. It is very annoying to have to open up the windows volume control box each time.

In the top right hand corner of the player there is a speaker symbol that can be clicked to increase volume or mute the sound.
I know its not ideal. My speakers have their own sound control so i just set it low and use the button to increase the volume if I want.

When I tried that earlier, it just muted. I see now that it cycles through 3 settings. It would be much nicer to have a slider.
